Its 30th March, 2011 and 10:52 AM PST. This time Pakistan having two seasons at the same time one is spring and other is Cricket World Cup season, emmm - wait I think its better to say fever instead of season. I was never found of cricket and even don't know Pakistan cricket team names except one Shahid Afridi and of those who were victim of match fixing. Few days back one of mine colleague who is very much found of cricket was discussing cricket matters and performance of Afridi. Rather to took interest in that I asked her 'please don't discuss it, I don't like cricket'.After that day I started discussing cricket matters unconsciously, not much but at least it is the ratio of something to none, and it was only to the extent who won and who lost but never tried to watch a match by myself.
Pakistan qualified for semi-final was a great news and I could not expect that Pakistani team can give such a extra ordinary performance. After it I got news Pak will play against India in semi final i.e. this will be game of life and death for Pakistanis. For Pakistanis this day is more or less same as the day of judgment.
Who will win and who will loose, it will be known later. The point is I never figured this out why Pakistanis take it extra ordinary whenever Pak has to play against India. Why don't we people take it like a game. Do we think we have defeated out neighbor country in all other discipline of life so it is necessary to defeat them in cricket too. We don't hate and when it is about to copy their traditions and customs, when we like to copy gestures and dialogs of their actors. Alas!! we don't realize it that they have defeated us already. Today this statement is coming across my mind "India will defeat Pak through Media war", who said this, everyone knows!!
